Healing Through Beauty — An Invitation 🕊️
Arting my way through a season of recovery — and inviting you to join the emergence ✨🎨 ͏
Hi friends, I’m reaching out for help 🕊️
This has been a year of repair. Sales have dropped over 80% this year, and with rising costs of living plus some unexpected hits (my laptop recently died, and the home where I was staying had its door blown off in a storm and cost over $1,300 in repairs), I’ve been stretched thin.
As big waves of emotional upheaval have been surging in recent months, I’m seeing how “arting” my way out of the anxiety looping — and into a renewed, empowered narrative rooted in FAITH — is what my mental, emotional, and spiritual health need more than anything right now.
And it dawned on me tonight that by inviting others into this process, it will further the healing and inspiration for all!
🎨 I’m creating 100 small original artworks centered in the joy and love of creation itself— $67 each, plus shipping.
Each artwork will carry Soul-level messages of inspiration, encouragement, FAITH- and my wish is for these messages to uplift the homes, altars, offices, classrooms of soul friends far and wide!
This project will help me:
– recover the unexpected expenses
– cover my estimated taxes for 2025
– and, most importantly,
free up energy to get back into the deeper work I’m here to do
The thought of lifting this financial weight brings relief to my body — my shoulders drop just thinking about it.
✨ ✨ If you are planning to buy gifts this year, this is a beautiful way to support an artist whose mission is to support others in their own creative recovery.
🌿 A year of recovery
2025 asked everything of me.
I would love to close out the year feeling nourished, stabilized, and inspired.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned this year, it’s that art heals (just ask Medusa) -and asking for support is part of staying connected — it lets others contribute in meaningful, tangible ways.
✨ What’s next
So many workshops and offerings have been gestating for years, including one that walks people through the very creative recovery process I find myself currently navigating.
Relieving the pressure around basic survival needs will give me the space to bring these offerings forward in 2026, fully rooted.
15 years ago, I registered my business as Joy in My Studio as a way of honoring the essence that comes alive in me when I’m doing what I love. This is me choosing that spirit again — and inviting you to elevate together with me.
Please share this with anyone who might be interested in supporting this creative endeavor! 🕊️
